"He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper." (Psalm 1:3) -- We have a bank inside of us. The Bank of our Spirit. A bank in which we deposit by the Word of God. The more deposits we make, the more richness there is to withdraw, especially in the sudden times in life call for.

My father-in-law cooks the simplest and the most amazing dishes that have inspired my son into wanting to be a master chef when he grows up. So I am recording my father-in-law's delicious home-cooking recipe. This is his legacy, sort of. A taste to be remembered. My father-in-law is Ralph Lau. He is a talented self-taught chef.
